We prioritize your safety

During these uneasy times, we strive to protect the health and wellbeing of all our customers while still providing critical services to the community.

In response to the current circumstances, we have imposed a number of safety measures:

  • We have stringent hygiene practices that are adhered to daily, and we have put in additional procedures to keep visitors and staff safe

  • Non-contact temperature testing for all visitors and staff at our clinics upon arrival

  • Increased comprehensive cleaning through our certified cleaners, including increased frequency of cleaning for ALL medical equipment and high touchpoint areas throughout the facilities

  • Hand sanitizer is readily available to patients at all clinics

  • All staff have been instructed not to come to work if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms, have travelled in the last 14 days, or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

  • We have reduced all non-essential visitors to our clinics, including suppliers, students & sales representatives.

We will closely monitor all available information provided by the CDC in relation to the crisis. We are using this information and its regular updates to inform the management strategies we develop to prioritize the safety of our patients and employees.
